Sliding top of the companionway hatch, removed

The joints are tired and separated, the teak needs sanding and all-weather finish, and the window needs replacing. A sea hood is on its way from the factory, which will cover the exposed hatch cover when it's open, protecting it from the elements and clumsy human feet.
